We are delighted to see our work with Brother UK on The Workplace of The Future come to fruition. Just click the link to read the report.
We think it is a nice example of Qual 3.0: blending data, trends and expert opinion to identify the bigger picture changes afoot in the workplace – before bringing in more exploratory primary qualitative to uncover the deeper human needs emerging as a result of these changes.
It resulted in not only an understanding of what is happening but a framework of needs against which to innovate.
They also included a picture of Firefish UK MD, Daniel Rose in there too, which has worked wonders for his ego.
